Hoopla is in full swing for the Big Game.
Tommy wishes traffic and humans would prevent her
From getting to work. Even tho the Big Game is about
15 miles from us--it's the OTHER way from her work.
Anymew, Aaron Rodgers and his Back Up Band
--that's the Green Bay Packers--are staying in our surburb.
Brother Earl Gray kinda takes it all in stride..

On the gas to full force frenzy-

And waits--always. 
Must be a girl thing...

Super Bowl Sunday Select

Well, today we find out the two teams who will play in
Super Bowl Gazillion in a couple weeks--
Did I tell you the Big Game will be played about
15 miles from our house??
Anymew,  Mommy and ME have been talkin' over stuff--

As you can see, I can talk with my eyes closed...

It still IS Sunday and I wanna still take it easy!

Mommy is for the Packers. Why? Cuz she thinks

QB Aaron Rodgers is worth purrin' for...girlcats!

ME? I am for the da Bears--cuz they got FUR!

We both think the Steelers will beat the Jets, Jets, Jets

Eventho we'd like the Jets to pull the upset!

Tommy ain't feelin' none of that. Alas I had to wait til
Her ppresence made tracks thru dust on the floor again..
And ya know I'm kinda glad I DID wait...
Why?  Cuz I realized Tommy finally told me something

OK. There's ice and cold here in Dallas.
Some schools are closed.
Tommy was sleep flat on her back
And I was curled, snoozin' on her belleh
Well, Tommy decides she MUST get up-
Cuz her work ain't cancelled...Really?

The warmest spots may be...

That is in addition to cuttin' off Tommy's circulation...

She mutters how her Baby Boy (that's ME!)
Got all grown up....
Is that why Tommy eats from the Blue Bell Ice Cream
Cookies n Cream pint carton with tears in her baby brown peepers-
And red fuzzy slippers on her feeties?
Or that Blue Bell Ice Cream was on sale somewhere else
And Tommy missed it?

Man Cat Monday Miffed

Why? Cuz I planned for Tommy to mail postcards

On New Year's Eve aka last Friday

She didn't.

Why?  Cuz Tommy forgot one little ingredient...

STAMPS.

When Tommy remembered she didn't have them, post offices were closed

And here in Dallas, they Do NOT sell stamps in machines

Anymore cuz they took the machines OUT!

Heck, I google this stuff, why can't Tommy?

She's getting stamps Monday. The cards are ready to go. 

Tommy may mail them Monday or no later than  Tuesday.

I will fire her.

Why? That's what  C.E.C. aka Chief Executive Cat does-
