Super Sunday at Our House

Eventho the 'big game' aka the Super Bowl is on today--Me (with the scratch behind the ear from Tommy), Mommy and Brother Earl Gray take it all in all, easy like. See, since the Dallas Cowboys aren't in the Super Bowl, how big of a game can it really be? 

Fun For Friday!

Tommy tries to do that dance just about every human does on Friday. Tommy's scared she'll slip on ice that's UNDER the 4 inches of snow we got. So Tommy says she wants to show me something fun on this Friday.

My human goes thru YouTube and finds this:

Brady Bunch. Disco.

Really? 

Anymew, back to impawtent stuff.  Tommy's workplace musta been scared to slip and slide on the ice and snow too, cuz they CLOSED for today! That ain't much happened since the Brady Bunch did disco, Tommy thinks. So we're all gonna take Brother Earl Gray's lead:

Back to the quilts and warmth of  bed.

We'll even let Tommy get back in it too,

Cuz it's too cold on the floor!

Man Cat Before Super Bowl Monday

Hoopla is in full swing for the Big Game.
Tommy wishes traffic and humans would prevent her
From getting to work. Even tho the Big Game is about
15 miles from us--it's the OTHER way from her work.
Anymew, Aaron Rodgers and his Back Up Band
--that's the Green Bay Packers--are staying in our surburb.
Brother Earl Gray kinda takes it all in stride..

While the Super Bowl just a week away-
Dallas Ft Worth metroplex has stepped
On the gas to full force frenzy-

Super Bowl Sunday Select

Well, today we find out the two teams who will play in
Super Bowl Gazillion in a couple weeks--
Did I tell you the Big Game will be played about
15 miles from our house??
Anymew,  Mommy and ME have been talkin' over stuff--

As you can see, I can talk with my eyes closed...

It still IS Sunday and I wanna still take it easy!

Mommy is for the Packers. Why? Cuz she thinks

QB Aaron Rodgers is worth purrin' for...girlcats!

ME? I am for the da Bears--cuz they got FUR!

We both think the Steelers will beat the Jets, Jets, Jets

Eventho we'd like the Jets to pull the upset!

Easy Just Like Sunday

Hello Everybuddy! Earl Gray here! Gotta say, with it being Sunday (Super Bowl Sunday at that!) I still wasn't sure if Noir was mad at me for posting on his blog. Hence my pensive look:

Noir and me would still rassle, but then other times Noir wouldn't even look at me: 

 So I had to do what every feline, big and/or small, does to figure things out--
Take a nap.
I drifted off, but got woke up. Who curled by me?  Looked and smiled. 
Back to my nap.
