Sunday At Our House

Mooch
does what she pretty much has done all day.

'cept for our little hissy fit earlier.

Since Mooch can still be spastic, Tommy lets her up on

this one end side of the counter.

And since we sometimes decide Mooch's food bowl

Might be better, we push her away from it,

Tommy lets HHR Ms.BadGirlCat eat up there too,

just to be sure her big boned self gets food...

Anyway, the day has been quiet and easy and I like it!

Friend or Foe

-I still can't decide-

Entertained Tommy 

Eventho Mooch won't let Tommy get TOO close

Mooch will let Tommy pet her--sometimes--

But from like 100 miles away! Then if Tommy flinches, 

Mooch skedaddles--(I love that word!)

Tommy got a cage to catch our non-paying tenant 

So Mooch can be taken to the v-e-t.

(This cat better not be as cute as ME!)

Twilight Tabby

Right before darkness fell real hard...
Tommy got home and we didn't greet her-
So Tommy considered cleaning our bid'ness boxes
Then looked outside: Friend or For was parked in front of the shed door
Figuring F or F's belly was emptym cuz the food dish empty too
Tommy goes outside. F or F gallops across the back yard to Tommy-

Or to the empty dish, which Tommy filled. 

F or F sniffs Tommy's fingers and lets her pet--sometimes.

That's kinda all. Tommy tried to pick him up again the other day--

F or F ain't feelin' that yet--still.

This pose is flashless, cuz Tommy had almost dead bat-trees

Tuxie Takes a Look

Tommy wasn't lettin' Mommy out Wednesday night, but
Uncle MaxMaxx could make some rounds-
After he chomped grass, he checked out our
Old, yet reliable a/c unit
Old? Reliable? Hmm. Like Tommy!
Anyway, he got all up in it, 'specially
Cuz it wasn't on.

Uncle's romp around the yard didn't last

Too much longer.  Why?

Cuz his tail started to swish this way and that! 

Tommy knew Uncle wanted to make a break for it-

When Uncle sized up the wire fence and pressed

His full weight against it, Tommy breathed deep

And heaved Uncle up into in her arms

Tommy says her back hurt the rest of the night...
