Saturday Window Gaze

A windy 66 degree Dallas December morn

And Tommy says open windows 

Get fresh air in the house for

A little while anyway, so there's

ME:

Takin' in fresh air and gaze up out the window!

Tommy came to see what I was lookin' at. 

She saw nothin' but leaves floating to the ground. 

What Tommy didn't see was our  

Orange Tabby Angel Cat Perry tellin' me

I am doing a good job taking care of Tommy.

Nice to get paws up, from the Furr-ever King of our house!

In Friday's Face

It's kinda a crisp Dallas morning--
Not as brrr-cold as it's been.
So as Tommy did her dance she does
Every Friday and then got ready for her
Daily abandonment of us--
Tommy cracks open a window about 7am
Just to get some fresh air she says....

Well, let me tell you-

There are lots of sounds and sniffs going on

At 7am. Lotsa leaves in our back yard too
Tommy's got a rake, but I'm sure
She thinks the rake is an ornament just
Like the piano in our living room....
