Monday Musings

Tommy stayed home today. Said she had things to do. Hmm. Then why did Tommy go back to bed after she called somebody to say she was staying home? Humans seem to do that when they 'got things to do'--go back to bed.
We cats just do bed anytime.
It was nice to have Tommy home still. We all curled close to her. Uncle MaxMaxx wanted to be extra close. So curled on Tommy's tummy. Uncle MaxMaxx weighs a ton and got to be the biggest Tuxedo Tabby ever. He says he's just 'big boned. '. Even tho Tommy said Uncle MaxMaxx cut off her circulation, she still loved him. Called Uncle MaxMaxx her 'big boy.'
I'm sure Tommy loves Me more.

Don't tell Uncle MaxMaxx

Our mom said she really wanted to call in today and say she had things to do and get back in bed with us. We hope she does this real soon cause it sounds nice!

Tommy says she understands how your mom feels. Tommy says she can't take off another day until her 'floater' kicks in. I don't know what that means, but I hope it's soon.

Thanks for dropping by.

We love it when they stay home, too. Sometimes it throws off our plans but what great fun it is to stay in bed all day?

Ain't that the truth! Tommy was sitting on the couch and I just took her one of her beanie baby bears. Tommy is always surprised how I find them. Tommy says she wishes she could stay home tomorrow--but she says we need litter.

Well Hello Noir! Thanks for stopping by our blog! We love to meet new friends! When we first started blogging, about 4 years ago, there were maybe 15 blogging cats...now there are too many to count!! It's great here in the blogosphere! Welcome!
MaxMaxx, I'm an 18 pounder, big boned cat too, so I hear all the "fat" comments. The other day mom said she nearly threw out her back trying to pick me up! Harummph!

I pushed my Neph Noir outta the way. It's nice to talk to fellow Big Boned Cat. Some just don't understand. Love me for me!
