HAPPY 4th Of JULY!

And today is Perry's 8th birthday- who is and always will be my "Baby One." I brought Perry back to Dallas, after my dad's death in 2001 as a kitten. He's named after our Iowa hometown.
The "Baby One" name came to be because I had two other cats, Brenner and Sammy, 11 and 10 respectively--so Perry was the baby! On the first vet visit Perry was deemed 'ready' to be nip/nucked. The vet placed Perry at about 5 months old-which made it July so why not the 4th of July? Perry's been a lovey dovey cat ever since that first nose nudge. I do try to forget Perry did give me ringworm... :)
Firecracker by no other name is Perry!
