Seems Noir has been doing his meow with a bit of an accent--which has NOT Texas twang in it. So I figured I had come and see what my Notorious Tuxedo Tiger (in his own mind) was up to....FRENCH? What DO these cats watch when I'm not home....?
Nontheless, I appreciate all of you visiting Noir's blog--he reminds me everyday...
