Thursday Thankful

Tornados wrecked havoc in Dallas on Wednesday
One was about 10-15 miles from us. It picked up a big truck
And threw it in a building. Nobody got bad hurt.
At our house, a big ol ugly cloud hung over head-
Thought more rain comin', but just a little wind
Tornado musta touched down then.
Then just as soon as you could meow "Feed Me"
It was gone. Sun shone. Tommy opened a window
And went outside to catch Mommy and Me-
Pretty Picture Frame Posin'....

Everybody safe now in Dallas.  Calm after the storm.

That's what my Mommy is...TERRIFIC!

I don't seem to post enough about Mommy and I should!

When Tommy does her Mon-Friday abandonment thing,

Mommy really steps up to watch over us--

Give baths, cuddles and even rassles with her brother, Uncle MaxMaxx-

Yep, Mommy does it all!

And I like it when Tommy picks up Mommy (hey, that rhymes!)

Then hear Tommy's talk and Mommy's meows-

GIRL GAB- at its finest!

Then there's silence. Why? 

Mommy rests under Tommy's chim, while Tommy smiles...

Such the life in our house....

Saturday Settle

So Mommy and my Brother Earl Gray

Just sit and settle by a window.

Brother actually sits on this black box

Called a DVR. Tommy says when she turns on

That box, it's how we're able to watch TV in bed.

I like that DVR.

Brother Earl Gray likes it oo.

Says it's just right warm.

Mommy settles in for a cat nap

Says as long as she's by her babies

It's just right warm for her too.
