Friday Feline Friend or Foe...

Can you see .....?
Tommy snapped this photo thru the glass of the door and a screen.
This neighborhood friend or foe been comin' round for a couple weeks. Tomnny wanna believes he's got a  home. Ya know, how Tommy feeds the neighborhood and he shows  up one day. We see him more than we see the rest of our neighbors, including that Possum Rat. In fact yesterday (when Tommy took this photo), He was just sittin' on our patio. He didn't run like he's done before--but won't come up to Tommy...yet. He just watches her and probably thinks she's crazy when she talks to him. Anyway, he's (or she--Tommy hasn't gotten THAT close to see) safe in our yard. Nobuddy messes with him----except we do watch him thru the glass.Whether he's a friend or foe--I guess I do kinda hope he has a home too....why?  Cuz Tommy's got that look in her eye.....

Noir - it sounds as though he is hoping you will ask him to stay. If it were you we feel sure you would like to be invited.

Yes I think this cat wants you to adopt him. He seems very friendly.

My human has a saying about us kitties, and it is true: "A cat knows a sucker when it sees one." Your visitor looks like a nice kitty... a smart one too!

So, you guys have that big neon sign at your house too!?! The one that says "FREE FOOD HERE"!
Stripey Cay sure looks nice....

Looks like the kitty is telling you what a nice house you live in and is hoping to be invited in.

OK. I guess we do have FREE FOOD...Tommy got home tonight and he wasn't out there. It's another 100 degree Dallas day too--so I hope he/she is somewhere safe. If he ever comes closer to Tommy....

We have two kitties that live in out neighbor hood that we are sure do not have a home. One has gotten so tame that Mom can pick her up and love on her. Mon would bring her in except she seems to be very attached to the other kitty that is very skiddish, still. Mom and Dad have to stay close to keep the two raccoons from stealing the kitty food!
