Entertained Tommy 

Eventho Mooch won't let Tommy get TOO close

Mooch will let Tommy pet her--sometimes--

But from like 100 miles away! Then if Tommy flinches, 

Mooch skedaddles--(I love that word!)

Tommy got a cage to catch our non-paying tenant 

So Mooch can be taken to the v-e-t.

All the way fell-

Of course Tommy blubbered how cute

New Year, New Name

Before darkness completely fell tonight
I gotta admit darkness fell closer to 6pm
So maybe the days ARE gettin' longer...
Anymew, Tommy goes out to the shed and catches:

Since about July, the feline Friend or Foe

I am still undecided-has been hangin' round--

I do know, for 2012,  F or F's new name is:

MOOCH!

Tommy thinks the 2012 name is cute

When she calls MOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO-chee!

The feline meows and runs toward Tommy.

Empty tummy or maybe feels some trust? 

You decide.

Twilight Tabby

Right before darkness fell real hard...
Tommy got home and we didn't greet her-
So Tommy considered cleaning our bid'ness boxes
Then looked outside: Friend or For was parked in front of the shed door
Figuring F or F's belly was emptym cuz the food dish empty too
Tommy goes outside. F or F gallops across the back yard to Tommy-

Or to the empty dish, which Tommy filled. 

F or F sniffs Tommy's fingers and lets her pet--sometimes.

That's kinda all. Tommy tried to pick him up again the other day--

F or F ain't feelin' that yet--still.

This pose is flashless, cuz Tommy had almost dead bat-trees
In her camera.
Can you see the tabby at later than twilight?

That we're doin' today. Sharing. Hmm.
Tommy treks out and into our shed with
Camera in one paw and a step stool in another--
Imagine my surprise when Tommy later shows us:

Yea. Friend or Foe. Remember?

Not seent the feline too much since weather

Got chilly. Kinda glad cuz

Tommy had all but run a space heater out to the shed

Anymew, today Friend or Foe shows for the first

time in a couple weeks. He sat in front of the  

door to the shed. 

Tommy was sorta happy, yet

Friend or Foe musta not shared such glee--

Tommy says when she stepped on the footstool,

Cuz the feline was on the 2nd shelf and outta reach

Friend or Foe hissed and showed major fang...

Hmm. Feline doesn't like photo ops either...maybe we could bond...

Just That Darn Cat --again-Friend or Foe:

See, when Tommy got home tonight

She got hissed cuz all of us either 

Yawned or just kept our eyes closed.

Hey-if Tommy stayed home, wouldn't be such a situation!  

So outside she goes. Spots Friend or Foe

And Tommy shouts "Take THAT!"

Whatever. I just know this

Thursday Tabby Twilight

Can you see?

Not one of us. Nope.

It's Friend or Foe. Yep.

Tommy sat outside hoping F or F

Would wanna come inside and watch the

2nd game of the World Series tonight with us.

Naw. Friend or Foe decided to get in the

Wisteria forest and kinda disappear instead....

ManCat With A Monday View

Uncle MaxMaxx is behind the screen

And ganders out and sees: 

Yep. Friend or Foe. Takin a snooze on OUR patio
Tommy says F or F must feel some relaxin' cuz
This is the first Tommy saw F or F stretch and such.
Now, the thing is--by doing all that stretchin'
Tommy says she didn't see any 'jewels' on F or F
Unless they they were already mined.
Huh? OK, must be human talk.
Tommy muttered "babies, call rescue, ice cream needed."
Anyway, F or F will not let Tommy touch.
Get close, some yet any move to catch-ZOOM.

That Darn Cat!

Right before it got all the way dark

F or F Cat won't let Tommy pet yet tho

Tommy can get closer than before

F or F munches and seems to bunk in our shed--

We weren't 100% sure til we saw F or F

Come out one morning. Right after the sun came up. 

Tommy thinks F or F still gets mail somewhere else--

Yet, our shed seems to keep makin' F or F come back....

Mon-Fri abandonment tonight.

Tommy sorta kinda loved on us (OK we ignored her)

Then she darts off to peak out in our back yard for

To see if Friend or Foe is out there. Hmm. Yea.

What IS  up with that?

Friend or Foe Part II

Tommy gets home tonight. Just all giddy cuz it's Friday-
Humans are so like that, aren't they sometimes?
Anyway, as I waited for a photo op to catch
ME--the terrific tenacious tiger tabby of Texas
In poses beyond belief-Tommy peaks outside and sees:

Yep. The Friend of Foe. This feline's been poppin' up on time.

For the last coupla months.

Before Tommy abandons us and when she returns 

Heck, one time Tommy caught Friend of For curled and snoozin'

In one of our lawn chairs. Tommy blubbered. I was not amused.

Even tho the feline comes close and meows at Tommy-

Still not a touch have they shared! -good!-

Don't seem to matter tho. Tommy still got a twinkle in her eye!

Friday Feline Friend or Foe...

Can you see .....?

Tommy snapped this photo thru the glass of the door and a screen.
This neighborhood friend or foe been comin' round for a couple weeks. Tomnny wanna believes he's got a  home. Ya know, how Tommy feeds the neighborhood and he shows  up one day. We see him more than we see the rest of our neighbors, including that Possum Rat. In fact yesterday (when Tommy took this photo), He was just sittin' on our patio. He didn't run like he's done before--but won't come up to Tommy...yet. He just watches her and probably thinks she's crazy when she talks to him. Anyway, he's (or she--Tommy hasn't gotten THAT close to see) safe in our yard. Nobuddy messes with him----except we do watch him thru the glass.Whether he's a friend or foe--I guess I do kinda hope he has a home too....why?  Cuz Tommy's got that look in her eye.....
