Blogoversary on a ManCat Monday: MINE!

On December 28, 2008, Tommy finally got off her tuffet, unlocked the PC, and we did my first ever blog post --
See, Tommy thought I'd be one of the few kitties with a blog.
Well, gee whiz, all of us kitties knew THAT was wrong! *Humans*

Back in 2008, no Mooch to deal with. At least not til 2012.

 I tell ya, life seemed so much easier once upon a time, 

which brings me to what I did have in that galaxy far far away:

Tommy was thrilled 'cause all six of us together for like one of the two times ever: Me, Mommy,Uncle Maxx,

 Brother Earl Gray, Daddy Peyton and Angel Perry. 

This photo was on a Valentine's Day,

 hence Tommy got goofy with lotsa red hearts...

And 7 years after that 2008 blog start here I am:

 

Dreamin' Thinking about the next 7!

Sunday was December 28, 2008

....and just happened to be my very first ever blog post--and even then, in my first ever blog post photo:

Brother Earl Gray and ME got our Easy on and

didn't really now it!

And six years later--and on a Sunday too!-  so much has happened: like MeanGirl Mooch showing up (and staying), Tommy doing this art thing (make it stop)

but my human does get her college diploma, then the  Dallas Cowboys are finally in the playoffs, and we bask in the healthy-ness of our Uncle MaxMaxx:

-you'd never know Uncle went thru all that surgery stuff-and then there is Perry--our cranky ol' sour puss Angel who watches over us. I only  hope Perry thinks I do a good job taking care of our girl,Tommy.

Celebrate my 5th Blogoversary!!
Tommy is just beside herself that,
Since 'cause of ME pushing her--
Noir's Nook has been going for 5 whole years--
and here's to another 5 more!!

Yes, indeedy it is, cuz today is my 5th Blogoversary!  
Yep!! Who woulda thought That after all my threatening
To NOT purr,Tommy finally got the message, 
about ME being part of the world wide web??
HUMANS! At least Tommy  holds my prized prey pretty good.
So in these 5 years, I want to thank all of YOU-
For being with me those first days as I learned my
Way 'round the blogosphere, to tears shed when Perry
ran off to Heaven, to trying to help me grasp WHY Mooch even had to move inside with us (I'm still wondering...)
And to the scary health story-with a happy ending--of my Uncle MaxMaxx,
Then we all got to spend another Christmas together with a New Year
Just round the kitty korner. All this makes me realize how blessed I am.
Tommy says there will be special eats today, my choice to get on her
Lap as we watch as many Perry Mason episodes I wanna watch, and lots o' kisses and cuddles.
Yep, being 5th, with Mommy and Brother Earl Gray is 'specially fine

...because we still got a Caturday

to get our curl on too!

Four Years Ago Today....

DECEMBER 28, 2008

My First Entry--MEOW!

WOW! My girl Thomasina-but I call her Tommy, finally said OK to ME to have a blog! My claws claws I dug in her leg while she typed musta persuaded her! What should I write about outside of ME? ...........

.....and those were the first few words of my very first post on MY my very own blog!  Who knew??  I DID know Noir's Nook would give me chances to 'travel' the whole wide world and make bunches of friends without havin' to pack up my bid'ness box! 

Tommy--well, she's human, and wasn't quite so sure. If you woulda told Tommy I would still be bloggin' four years, she would toss off her reader  glass, pop our her contacts, wipe off her royal blue mascara and THEN roll her eyes before she dug into a pint of Blue Bell Cookies 'n Cream ice cream...trust me, I do know these things.  

Anymew, back to impawtent things:....ME!

I decided to do a blog. Ahh, Tommy fought me the whole way.
She thought cats do not blog and limited only to eternal cuteness  
Humans, they so do not believe like they should.

Went crazy and printed off lots and says I gotta figure out what to do with em?

Man Cat Monday & 1st Blogoversary!!

WOW! My 1st anniversary-something I was sure I'd make, eventho Tommy wasn't AS sure...humans! 

Well, as you can see Brother Earl Gray and ME are kinda doing the same thing we did in my very 1st post. Click to go back and see for yourself. Seems as much changes, stuff stays the same....!

Gotta THANK YOU to all of the  kitties, puppies and humans for making this 1st year so enjoyable.  Technology has truly brought the world into our homes. There's no way I woulda enjoyed this first year of blogging as much as I did without each one of YOU.
